Chair Massages

Sit and relax comfortably in a specially designed massage chair. With your arms and legs supported, and a face cradle to rest your head, it allows for optimal relaxation. Chair massages are conducted fully clothed, and we offer sessions of either 15 or 20 minutes.

Couch Massages

Using a massage couch we are able to offer back, neck, shoulder, arm and leg massage for those who struggle with prolonged hours of sitting or standing. Couch massages are conducted fully clothed, and we offer sessions of 30 minutes.

No, we do not require you to sign any agreement with InLine Therapies as your office massage provider. You can cancel up to 5 working days before the day.

As the massages are shorter than 30 minutes they will return to their work thinking more clearly with increased focus and energy.

They’ll also feel appreciated by the company improving drive and productivity will be much better too. You may see extra smiles around the office too!

Absolutely. For smaller companies, our minimum booking time is 2 hours. So you can divide 120 minutes between how many of you want a massage. For larger companies, we can arrange for as many additional massage therapists as you require. 

InLine Therapies and the therapists in the team have public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

A quiet space or meeting room is ideal as this allows employees to completely switch off for their session. If this isn’t possible a quiet corner will suffice as our massage chairs don’t take up a lot of space.

Our chair massages are performed fully clothed and you just wear whatever you are wearing to work (although cotton is much better for the therapist to massage through rather than synthetic material). Oils are not required during the treatments and there’s no need to be undressed.

Our fully qualified massage therapist will bring a relaxing massage chair, a small speaker and cleaning products. All you have to do is provide a small space for us (a quiet room is the best place if you want to get the most out of the massages).

We usually work with companies who pay for the office massage service or covers some of the cost as part of their employee’s health and wellbeing program.

An invoice will be sent at the time the booking is made. We ask for payment to be made 48 hours prior to the appointment and a receipt will be provided.

Usually, companies book a massage therapist to visit the office and stay there half or all day, once a month or fortnightly. We can tailor it to your needs depending on how many people are in the team or company and to allow for different people on different days (especially if staff work from home at times).

We have a 2 hour minimum booking time to send massage practitioners to your company. If a booking is canceled within 5 working days of the booking, we may charge a 50% cancellation fee.

You can book and confirm your office massage session online. Just complete the contact form or reach out to us and state how many hours you require and preferred days/times of day. Once received we will contact you to confirm a date that is suitable for you.

We’re confident that we provide and maintain a very high level of office massage service. But if for any reason, you’re not satisfied with our service, we will offer a full refund. 

Office massage typically takes 15 minutes per massage slot but you can also choose from 20, or 30 minutes. Due to professional nature of the build of the massage chairs, they are quick to clean and only take a minute or two between each person.
