Chair Treatment

Sit and relax comfortably in a specially designed massage chair. With your arms and legs supported, and a face cradle to rest your head, it allows for optimal relaxation. Chair massages are conducted fully clothed, lasting up to 20 minutes.
Couch Treatments

Using a full length mobile massage couch we are able to offer back, neck, shoulder, arm and leg assessments and treatments for those who struggle with prolonged hours of sitting or standing. These are conducted fully clothed, with sessions of up to 30 minutes.

No, we do not require you to sign any agreement with InLine Therapies. You will be asked to pay a deposit for the event 21 days before the date and to have paid the balance 7 days before. The deposit is fully refundable if it is cancelled before the full amount is due.
As the sessions are shorter than 30 minutes they will return to their work thinking more clearly with increased focus and energy.
They’ll also feel appreciated by the company improving drive and productivity will be much better too. You may see extra smiles around the office too!

The simple pricing structure makes it easy to scale—whether you’re a small team or a larger company. If you’d like to offer sessions to more employees, we can simply spread them out across multiple days to suit your needs.
InLine Therapies and the therapists in the team have public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
A quiet space or meeting room is ideal as this allows employees to completely switch off for their session. If this isn’t possible a quiet corner will suffice as the specialised massage chair doesn’t take up a lot of space.
As treatments are performed fully clothed, wearing clothes that allow movement of the area of the body that they would like to discuss would be great. If they are likely to want a massage, the chair has a saddle seat which may make trousers more comfortable than a fitted skirt. Wearing materials that allows the therapist to easily feel through them to assess how a joint moves is also useful (i.e. not thick or restrictive).
I will bring a specialised massage chair or couch, a small speaker and cleaning products. All that I will need is a small space for the team to come to, whether it’s a corner of the office or a small, quiet room.
Generally the business pays for the service or covers some of the cost as part of their employee’s health and wellbeing program.
An invoice for the deposit will be sent at the time the booking is made. We ask for the full payment to be made 7 days prior to the event and a receipt will be provided.
It’s all down to what the company feels they and their team needs. Generally, corporate clients have found that once a month or once a quarter has bought them the results they were looking for. It can be tailored depending on how many people the business would like to offer the service to and allow for different people on different days (especially if staff work from home at times) to come to the office.
I like to keep things simple—businesses have enough on their plates already. To secure your booking, a £100 deposit is required 21 days before the event, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the session.
If you need to cancel before the 7-day mark, you can either get a full refund or move the booking to a new date and carry the deposit over.
In the unlikely event that the cancellation happens within 7 days of the event, I’ll do my best to fill the time however if that’s not possible, unfortunately, the fee is non-refundable.
You can book and confirm your office massage session online. Just complete the contact form or reach out to us and state how many hours you require and preferred days/times of day. Once received we will contact you to confirm a date that is suitable for you.
We’re confident that we provide and maintain a very high level of office massage service. But if for any reason, you’re not satisfied with our service, we will offer a full refund.
Office massage typically takes 15 minutes per massage slot but you can also choose from 20, or 30 minutes. Due to professional nature of the build of the massage chairs, they are quick to clean and only take a minute or two between each person.
